Quick and easy remote support via GoToMyPc/VNC and/or telephone for software and user related issues that do not require on-site support. This feature provides end-users with quick and easy remote support as a cost effective alternative to on-site support.
- Routine Monthly Maintenance Visits
- Update all home computers to the latest program updates and security patches.
- Optimize system configuration and resources for maximum performance.
- Remove any device conflicts and system lags.
- Update virus definitions and run scans.
- Check for spyware and remove.
- Update hardware and software inventory asset worksheets.
- Diagnose computer hardware components to ensure they are working properly.
- Optional: Backup computers data to either a remote server, or through a Ghost image
- Parts & Labor Discounts
- Discount on all labor services incurred for life of service contract.
- Discount on all parts for any computer hardware, software
replacement and/or upgrade materials
- Task Documentation Reports
- All work performed by us will be documented and provided to you with each invoice for your records.
- All computer hardware and software changes we make will also be reported and updated in the asset inventory work sheets.
